Launch Motion is an AI-powered video generation platform that creates custom promotional videos using advanced artificial intelligence models. Our service leverages third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, and ElevenLabs to generate voiceovers, music, images, and programmatic video compositions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Launch Motion to generate content that:

• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic (NSFW)
• Creates deepfakes or misleading representations of real individuals
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or self-harm
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the video content generated through Launch Motion using your inputs. However, by using our service, you grant Launch Motion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your generated videos for platform promotion, marketing, and showcase purposes.

4. Public Gallery & Display

Launch Motion is currently in its testing and marketing phase. During this period, all generated videos are publicly displayed on our platform's "Our Creations" gallery. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept that your generated videos will be publicly visible. This policy is subject to change as we introduce user privacy controls in future updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

Launch Motion is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output quality, or that generated content will meet your particular requirements. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on third-party AI providers. Service quality and availability may be affected by these providers' operational status. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of this service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform and generated content will be revoked. Generated videos are retained for 14 days after creation, after which they may be permanently deleted.

8. Marketing Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive product updates, newsletters, and promotional emails from Launch Motion. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
