  • Content You Provide: Product descriptions, campaign configurations, and images you upload for video generation.
  • Generated Content: Videos, voiceovers, music tracks, and images created by our AI pipeline on your behalf.
  • Usage Data: Job creation timestamps, pipeline stage progress, and error logs for service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate videos based on your inputs
  • To authenticate and manage your account
  • To display generated videos in our public gallery (see our Terms of Service)
  • To improve our AI pipeline and service quality
  • To communicate with you regarding your account or service updates
  • To send you product updates, newsletters, and promotional emails (which you may opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link)

  • Generated Videos: Retained for 14 days after creation. After this period, video files may be permanently deleted from our storage.
  • Account Data: Retained until you request account deletion.
  • Pipeline Logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and service improvement.

5. Cookies

Launch Motion uses only essential authentication cookies required for your session to function. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies. The session cookie (next-auth.session-token) is HTTP-only, secure in production, and expires after 30 days of inactivity.

  • Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data
